Returns


You have up to 24 hours prior to your paid training session to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must email us at sales@prototek-engineering.com with your request.

Your refund request needs to have the receipt email confirmation or proof of purchase.


Refunds


As soon as you know that you will not be able to attend a paid training please immediately notify us at sales@prototek-engineering.com to request your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You have the option to request a rescheduled training session of the same value at a future date.


Cancellation Policy


You have up to 24 hours prior to your paid training session to cancel your seat.

Delivery Policy


Our training services are "delivered" either in our in-person classroom or virtually online.
